Six years ago, I transformed my hobby and passion into a purpose: to revive the childhood of our era. That's how El Costurero de Meme was born. Today, together with my team, made up of Milagros and Legna, women from the indigenous Wayuu and Kankuamo communities, respectively, we have created more than five thousand dolls, sparking more than five thousand smiles, rescuing memories and nostalgia. But, above all, we have witnessed how, from grandparents to children, through a rag doll, they rediscover the simple and essential things in life.
